The 100-trillion dollar question

However, the real live movement of history is possible, if we could just imagine it. So it makes sense for us to sometimes play with alternative scenarios, which may look like fantasies, even absurd. But they remind us that we are able to make this world a better place.
On the doorstep of the new 2026 Alexander Braginsky, advisor of the President of Kazakhstan in 1991-2001, president of the Foundation “Industry of Kazakhstan” in 2001–2008, director of the Center of scenario analysis and predictions from 2008 till now, academician of the International Academy of  Environmental Safety and Nature Use,  becomes the author of such a game scenario.
Let it be reminded that six years ago at the meeting with readers of Leaders Today he was reflecting on AI prospects the way we are discussing it now. He was also the one who predicted the well-known pandemic a couple of months before it actually broke out. We do believe that New Year’s Eve is the time when anything is possible, so we are sending our chief editor Olga Zonova to the different Earth with a mission – to become a participant of an amazing Trinterview…

Prologue

OLGA ZONOVA: Alexander, six years ago you came to us to speak about the Formula of the Future. What has changed since then? What future, according to your Formula, is waiting for us?

ALEXANDER BRAGINSKY: Putting it bluntly, at least everything has changed! This can’t be grasped in an ordinary interview. So, I suggest an extraordinary Beyond Interview – Beynterview™, Based on our Alternetics ™ and Futurematics™ we developed the cognitive technology of Beyond Imagonic Unthinkable Modeling - Biudeling™.
It is based upon Beyond-Game Models – Beygdels™. So, I suggest a unique Beynterview™ shaped as our Biudeling™ session.

This might sound complex. But actually everything is pretty simple. You have definitely heard about the theory of Many Worlds suggested by Hugh Everett back in 1957. Nearly 70 years ago. This theory will be 70 next year.

Proceeding from it, among the unlimited number of worlds our Earth definitely has ontological twins, where everything is almost exactly like here.
And there are almost the same players on the global game field. Almost. But not exactly. 
Imagine we see one Beyondly Earth, let’s call it Bey-Earth™. And we look at the disposition of forces and at what is going on there. There lives one Beyondly Olga Zonova, let’s call her Beyolga™, who is interviewing a Beyondly Alexander – Beylexandr™.
Everything there is almost the same as here. But there is one small difference, which changes everything. Imagine an unknown Beyondly Z-Joker – Zjoker™ - suddenly pops up on that Bey-Earth to change everything…

Why is he a Beyondly Zjoker™?

Because he thinks far beyond the limits of all eight billion Beyondly people – Bey-people™ on their Bey-Earth™. There they have the Beyondly mankind – Bey-mankind™.

So, the whole Beynterview™ of Beyolga™ and Beylexandr™ is focused on how Z-Joker – Zjoker™ - changed, is changing and can change the situation for the whole Bey-mankind™ on that Bey-Earth™. Besides, he is not just Zjoker™.

He is an Absolute Beyondly Zjoker™ or AZ™. 

Clearly, this Beynterview™ can’t happen without him. So, this will not a Dialogue of two, but a Trinity-dialogue, or a Trialogue™ of three. The three participants of the Trinterview™ are: Beyolga™, Beylexandr™ and AZ™. You will speak for Beyolga™, me – for Beylexandr™. While AZ™ will speak for himself. Let’s start.

AZ™: Dear colleagues, you know that every leader is as great as the framework and scale of his activities. Once in your magazine you have discussed shooting of a fantasy mini-movie “Vision of the Future”, “Novosibirsk as a Proto-Source of a New Civilization”. If you really want to change something in this world, you must know how it works. Some 10 years ago an oligarch, one of the developers of Moscow-City, spoke at his training and drew the formula: “Those who don’t have a billion bucks, should go to ZhEK (housing maintenance office)!” Then he left for Thailand and was taken to jail. Then he came back to Moscow and announced another formula: “Those who don’t have a trillion bucks should go to ZhEK!”. But the thing is even a trillion bucks is not enough today. You definitely know such words as deca-litre and hectare?

Prefixes Deca- and Hecta- mean Ten and Hundred.

Well, if you don’t have at least a Deca-Trillion, or Drillion™ (but Hecta-trillion, or Hrillion™) to create a new civilization, you all can go to this ZhEK. To start with. 

So, if you, Beyolga, and your community want to change something to the better, in your magazine you will have to focus on Hrillions™-questions. Do you have at least one Giga-Question, or Guestion™ – a Hrillion™-dollar question?

Beyolga: “But is it good for a family?” Imagine every parent, every businessman, every law-maker would put such a question thinking about some new initiative. Is this approach good in terms of education? Is this food healthy for children? Is this building under construction safe and reliable? Does the new law consider the interests of the elderly? Is the state ideology focused properly on the image of the father? This list can be continued, but finally one thing matters: what is good for the family, is good for everybody. Family includes all generations, people with completely different interests, predestinations, jobs; and all these people are united by the common function of reproduction, that is, they physically and metaphorically create their future.

AZ™: I don’t see hundreds of trillions here… However, I can hint at a couple of ideas for Hrillions™.  Today the world is facing the "Mortal Combat" of two “hegemones” – the falling USA and rising China. But there is no Giga-Russia–GRussia in this octagon at all. Not even a trace of it. But if we put a correct Guestion™, it is possible not just to enter this octagon, but to stand above their battle. How? Easily!

It is enough to look at the situation soberly and see: this is not a “Mortal Combat”, but the well-known attraction “Fight of Nanai boys”. It is when one actor inside one costume performs two roles of two fighters at once. Basically, this is what the story of China-America, or Chimerica is like. You know that the new word Chimerica was made up by Neil Ferguson back in 2007. The GDP of the USA is 30 trillion USD; that of China is 20 trillion USD. Totally it makes $50 trillion. It is half of the global GDP. So, GRussia and opposed not by the USA and China, but by Chimerica!

Well, to stand above this planetary ring, above the global Octagon, GRussia must put and solve the Supreme Goal: to Over-Chimer Chimerica!
How is this possible? This is the Guestion™ on Hrillion™.

To do this, GRussia must launch at least a dozen of Hrillion™ Projects, or Hrojects™. And Novosibirsk as a Proto-Source of a New Civilization must become the HRIFAHRA – Hrillion Factory of Hrojects of Absolute. For the GRussian Mightiness actually grow with Novosibirsk and with its Academgorodok, it should become the Beyond Think – Bink™, Hrilliontank – Htank. Knowledge GRussia Bink-htank™, or KGB™.

You magazine, dear Beyolga™, should be not only the collective propagandist, agitator and organizer, but also the planetary Hrillganazer™!

Beyolga: To give you the answer, I need to understand what is hiding beyond all these bizarre terms. 

AZ™: I understand. As to Hrillionization™, everybody wants to know how can we do it? And who can do it? Clearly ordinary people are unable to do it. And no scientists are able to do it either. Otherwise they would have put this task and solved it already. There is not a single expert like this in the world today. So, I’ve got a question to you, Beylexandr: who can do it today and how? 

Beylexandr: First we need to understand what kind of expert we need? I see they must be no ordinary scientists. And no ordinary talents.  And not just geniuses. And not even Beyondly geniuses, or Bgeniuses™. They must be the Beyondly Highest geniuses – Bhigeniuses™.

There are no people like this on the Bey-Earth™ today. But there were such people in the past, in Novosibirsk, for example. 

AZ™: Who were these Bhigeniuses™ from Novosibirsk, those Bhigeniuses™ of the Planetary, Over-Planetary and Super-Planetary scale? Did they really live? Do you know at least one of them? 

Beylexandr: Surely, I know them. And I know more than one, I know the whole eight of them! And I can even give you a hint. What do these names have in common: Vivian, Roberto, Pobisk and Vlail? 

AZ™: Well, of course I know these Bhigeniuses™. They are Vivian Itin, Roberto Oros di Bartini, Pobisk Georgievich Kusnetsov and Vlail Petrovich Kaznacheyev. 

Beylexandr: You definitely know who initiated the whole Soviet fantasy and how he did it? Who was the first fantasy writer in the USSR? What was the name of this book?

AZ™: Not everybody knows that, but the first scientific fantasy book in the USSR was published in Novo-Nikolayevsk (future Novosibirsk) in 1922. Its title was “Gonguri Beyond-verse”. It was written by Vivian Azaryevich Itin, a poet and a write who belonged to Nikolay Gumilev’s circle of acmeists. He was also the chief editor of “Sibirskiye Ogni (Siberian Flames)” magazine. 

Beylexandr: And he did more than just to write and publish it. He depicted two main characters (different incarnations of the same and single being) in different universes of different sizes and dimensions. One of these characters surpasses the other by sextillion (billion trillion) times. I have never heard of any similar book like this in the whole world. The author is really a Bhigenius™!

AZ™: Far fewer Bey-people™ of the Bey-Earth™ know Roberto Bartini, the descendant of an ancient dynasty from Fiume. In the early 1920ies he was sent from Italy to GRussia by the Communist International, where he started to invent unthinkable aero planes. 

Beylexandr: Yes, but he is a Bhigenius™ not because of that. There are thousands of plane designers, but there is only one Bartini! In 1953 he used to work for the Siberian Research Aviation Institute in Novosibirsk, where he wrote an article titled ‘The Structure of Space and Time’. In this article, at the tip of his pen, he derived a formula for the probability of distribution of spaces of different dimensions in universes. Compared to him, Einstein with his relativity theory is a pantless baby. Up to now there has never been a Bhigenius™ like Bartini in the whole global science!  

AZ™: There are even fewer Bey-people™ on the Bey-Earth™ who know Pobisk Kuznetsov. He was the chief designer of the Soviet organizational weapon called Sputnik-SKALAR. And the author of several other Beyondly Giga-Projects or Grojects, some of which are still kept secret. 

Beylexandr: Yes, Pobisk Georgievch is from Novosibirsk, his parents lived there. He was Bartini’s co-author of the LT-system of units of measurement of physical quantities. In fact, they created an analogue of Mendeleyev’s periodical elements table, but instead of chemical elements they created the table of units of measurement of physical quantities. The table contains dozens of cells for units of measurement of physical quantities that have not even been discovered yet!

He (like Bartini) is a Bhigenius™ of the Super-Planetary scale, who has gone ahead all Bey-mankind™  by centuries and thousands of years! 

AZ™: And the fourth is Vlail Kaznacheyev (cousin and associate of Pobisk Kuznetsov), founder and head of the Institute of Clinical Experimental Medicine close to Novosibirsk Academgorodok.    

Beylexandr: He is another Bhigenius™ of the renaissance kind, developer of bio-info-energy technologies based on the theory of the morphogenetic (bio-) field of Alexander Gurvich, the discoverer of mitogenetic rays ("rays of life"). He is also the author of the breaking fundamental discovery of intercellular distant electromagnetic interactions to transfer bio-information between cellular cultures to such distances, which exclude their chemical interactions.

AZ™: Yes, these are the first four Bhigeniuses™ from Novosibirsk, whose heritage can serve as basis of the whole lot of Hrillion™ Hrojects™ at HRIFAHRA™, the Hrillion Factory of Hrojects of Absolute in Novosibirsk. With their power and mightiness you will easily “Over-Chimer Chimerica!”, besides, you will as easily “Over-FedReser Federal Reserve System!”  

Beylexandr: Yes, but this is just a half of the eight Bhigeniuses™ from Novosibirsk. That’s why the basis for creation and successful operation of the planetary HRIFAHRA™ in Novosibirsk able “to Over-Chimer Chimerica!” and «to Over-FedReser Federal Reserve System!” is much broader, higher and more powerful! Let me give you the initials of the other three Bhigeniuses™: YBR, VSG, YIK. I’ll keep the fourth (or the eighth) Bhigeniuse™ secret, as he hasn’t finished school yet.

AZ™: Yes, I know who we are talking about. That will be right…

Beyolga: Well, but I don’t really understand what Hrojects™ our HRIFAHRA™, the Planetary Hrillion Factory of Hrojects of Absolute, in Novosibirsk can and will perform and produce.  

Beylexandr: To start with, I can name one of such Hrojects™. Recently some state official from the Earth suggested building a bridge between Russia and the USA, from Chukotka to Alaska (ChA) over the Bering Strait. I believe GRussia is pretty able to launch the Hroject™ to build more than a conventional bridge from Chukotka to Alaska, but the Beyondly-tunnel, Beyunnel™, from the Earth to the Absolute! Or, to be more exact, the Absolute Beyunnel™, or AB™. That is, not CHA but AB! Or, to put it briefly, Earth-Absolute!, or EA™!  Or AB-EA™ Hroject™! 

Beyolga: I’ve got a question. What is this Absolute?

AZ™: This should be a topic of a special article in your magazine. But, considering that after this Trinterview™ is published there will be the whole cohort of those who don’t understand what it is all about, I’ll give a short answer. And another Bhigenius™ from Novosibirsk will help me. I mean Nikolay Ivanovich Kabanov, doctor of engineering, professor of the Novosibirsk Electrotechnical Institute (currently Novosibirsk State Technical University), who back in the 60-70ies of the previous century led a laboratory at the Institute of Physics and Radio electronics of the Siberian Branch of the Soviet Academy of Sciences and who was the founder of a special research area and of the research school focused on the distribution of radio waves and ultra-high frequency devices. As early as in the middle of the 40ies he was the first to discover the effect of beyond-horizon radiolocation: reflection of signals from the ionospheric layer. For this discovery, known as Kabanov’s Effect, he got the first Certificate USSR of Discovery No.1. This discovery was the basis for further creation of super-remote radiolocation systems. It literally made it possible to look far beyond the horizon, thousands of kilometers. And to build the stations for super-remote (beyond-horizon) early detection of ballistic missiles and sputniks in any part of the world. 

If somewhere on the Earth the radio signal is reflected from the beyond-atmospheric layer of ions of the ionosphere (50-1000 km), then why here, on the Bey-Earth™, the Chrono-signal is not reflected from the beyond-atmospheric layer of chrono-ions of their Chrono-ionosphere (50-1000 thousand years)?

This Chrono-ionic layer of the 3D-Chrono-ionosphere™ in the 3D-Chrono-space™ of the Chrono-Cosmos™ (Chronsmos™, Timesmos™) offers all conditions for creation of a Chrono-Location Station™ for 3D-Chrono-scanning™ the 3D-Chronos™ (3D-Time™) and Chrono-Navigation™ in the 3D-Chrono-Cosmos of Time.

From here, there is just one step to a Chronal weapon – Chronweapon™.

And – to creation of a Chronal Tonnel – Chronnnel™ “Earth-Absolute”!  

In other words, it is a possibility to look beyond the Horizon of Time, to see the Absolutely Unthinkable Multi-variate Multi-path Beyond Future, or Beyoture™, created by the Absolute, to see and to cognize, with the help of Mankind, what exists beyond the Absolute. At this point some may think or say: “That’s impossible”.

Meanwhile, dear colleagues, we have nominated how-and-who and based on what-whom Novosibirsk can “Over-Chimer Chimerica!” and “Out-FedReserve Federal Reserve System!” The only thing left to figure out is who's going to stop you from doing this? And how can you stop them from doing it?

In fact, that’s why I appeared on our Bey-Earth™ as the Absolute Z-Joker AZ™: to “stop them from stopping you!” That’s my principal function. I am like an ideal device in the TRIZ-theory: there is a function but there is no device! My main advantage is that I know and see everything and everybody, but nothing and nobody sees and knows me!

Thus, “to Over-Chimer Chimerica!”, we first need “to Over-Trump Trump!”

How can we do it? It’s very simple!.. Beyolga, what is Trump’s main motto?

Beyolga: Everybody knows that! It’s MAGA: Make America Great Again!  

AZ™: Right. They have this local and provincial goal in the US. But this is no way the Goal of the whole Bey-mankind™. Besides, the USA is just a half of the North America and only a quarter of two Americas. And their population makes up only 4% of the whole Bey-mankind™ on the Bey-Earth™. It is only 1/25 of the whole Bey-mankind™. For example, in the human body liver takes 2.5 %, and the stomach makes 3%. Beylexandr, imagine that somebody’s stomach has the goal “Make the Guts Great Again”. What will the doctor say?

Beylexandr: It’s pretty clear. This patient has stomach cancer.

AZ™: And what will the Doctor of the whole Bey-mankind™ think of MAGA?

Beylexandr: It’s obvious. It’s the USA-cancer!

AZ™: Does the Bey-mankind™ need it?

Beyolga: No way! We need healthy goals for the healthy progress!

AZ™: So, “to Over-Trump Trump!” we need the common healthy goal for the healthy progress of the whole Bey-mankind™! And the bar should be set at such a level, that nobody can ever go higher than that!

Beyolga: But is it possible? Everything is relative in this world!

AZ™: It is not only possible. It can’t not be! It should be Absolute! And as the Absolute Zjoker™, or AZ™, I suggest GRussia setting such an Absolute Goal for the whole Mankind in the interests of the Omni-Body of all Bey-people on the Bey-Earth, and not for the stomach or guts: Make All-Mankind Absolute! – “MAMA!™”.

What part of Bey-mankind™ would support this goal?

Beylexandr: Well, at least 96% of Bey-mankind™ of our Bey-Earth will definitely support this goal!

Beyolga: And GRussia, as the initiator of “МАМА!”, will have the full right to lead this All-One Beyondly Absolute work for all Bey-people™ of the whole Bey-mankind™.

AZ™: Secondly, to “Over-Chimer Chimerica!” and “to Over-Trump Trump!” and to “Over-FedReser Federal Reserve System!” we need to understand who exactly is Behind Trump and Above him. And what do they want?

On the one hand, Trump is backed by Peter Thiel, who is ideologically backed by Nick Land with his Dark Enlightenment doctrine, Reza Negarestani (Cyclonopedia, Chronosis), and Yarvin Curtis (under the pseudonym Mencius Moldbug). Behind Nick Land we see Aleister Crowley, the occultist and the darkest character of the XX century. Behind him is the Transcendent Essence of Choronzon, the Abode of Darkness. Or the Lord of the Abode of Darkness. This horrible Beyondly-Unthinkable, endlessly chewing Choronzon is constantly re-chewing galaxies, universes, world-buildings and infinite sets of ontoses. Let’s call this chain Thiel-Land-Choronzon, or briefly Thiellandzon.

On the other hand, behind Trump we have the duet of Kushner-Witkoff, or Kushnitkoff. 
Meaning that Trump has two black wings, which are Thiellandzon & Kushnitkoff.
And high above them there stands the composer, conductor and master of this Trump-Orchestra.
You, dear colleagues, have probably never heard of him. Do you know who I mean?

Beylexandr: I have no clue…

Beyolga: I’m completely lost…

AZ™: Only a few people know that the throne of the “Lord of this world” on our Bey-Earth has long been the aspiration of the head of Blak Brok company – Blarry Bfink.

You must definitely know the quotation Marcus Porcius Cato the Elder used to repeat: Carthago delenda est! Carthage must be destroyed!

A few from Blarry Bfink’s circle know his favorite phrase: Bvatikanum delendum est! Bvatican must be destroyed! Or even: Bvatikanum tandem delendum est! Bvatikan Must Be Destroyed Finally!

Do you know who is Blarry Bfink? He is the highest top financial expert of our Bey-Earth and head of Blak Brok. He is not in Forbes lists. Trump’s assets are $6 billion. And Bfink controls $30 trillion, which is at least 5000 (5 thousand) times more! As Stalin used to say: ‘How many divisions does the Pope have?’ Blarry Bfink, in his turn, can ask ‘How many Hrillions does Bvatikan have?’ According to the official information, Bvatikan’s assets are only $6 billion, (which is nearly the same as those of Trump), which is 5000 (5 thousand) times less than those of Bfink’s! And we do remember that those who don’t have a trillion can go to the place, starting with Zh. Bfink will definitely devour Trump (same as Vatikan) and won’t even choke! However, acquisition-purchase of the Istituto per le Opere di Religione or IOR (this is what Bvatikan’s bank is called) won’t let Bfink solve his main task.

There are two barriers standing on his way to the throne of the Lord of the World, each one with a billion people. These are Latin America and Europe, where Bvatikan is the basis and the skeleton. To sit on the throne of the world, Bfink will have to destroy Bvatikan not only financially, but also ideologically. And even ontologically! To do that Nick Land has already created the new Overligion, or Hyper-stition, the essence of which can be named after Land-Choronzon – Landzonism.

Or to be more exact, with account of Bfink, it can be called Bfinko-Landzonizm. Paraphrasing Marx, today we can say: “Specters are haunting the world, Specters of Bfinco-Landzonizm!” So, the task for GRussia is not only to “Over-Trump Trump!”, but to “Over-Finking Bfink!” after Bfink eats up Trump. And, along with that, to help Bvatikan keep the healthy skeleton of Latin America and Europe. Your Beyondly Idea of the Absolute Beyunnel Earth-Absolute™ or ABEA™, is just the right thing!

The task to “Over-FedReserve the Fed!” is a pretty simple one, too. There are at least three scenarios to do that elegantly and nearly without expenses. But we are not going to make life of the Federal Reserve easier, so we are not yet going to reveal our plans. But GRussia can easily announce the contest for the best scenario of the Beyond-Blockbuster™, or Beybuster™ “How to Over-FedReserve Fed?” And GRussia can easily announce the contest for the best synopsis of the Beybuster™ “How to Over-Fink Bfink?” This charitable activity can easily be financed by the first hundred of oligarchs from GRussia, at least 1-2% of their common assets. With their $500 billion it will be the Beyondly-Oscar, or Beyoscar™ (or the Beyondly-Nobel, or Beyobel™) in the amount of $5-10 billion.   

Beyolga: I’m a Catholic, I don’t really see how Bvatican can spiritually and ontologically Over-Fink? Bfink’? Do I get it right that we offer a couple of Hrojects™ to Bvatican?

AZ™: But of course! Bvatican won’t survive without your Hrojects! There are at least a couple of working scenarios for Bvatican to do it easily and joyfully. I think these can be discussed at a personal meeting of the head of Bvatican and the Plenipotentiary representative of the AZ™.

Instead of epilogue

AZ™: Dear colleagues, I think you understand that to develop and implement all those Hrojects™ and to construct the HRIFAHRA™ Beyondly-Factory in Novosibirsk any AI and LLM are absolutely useless, as there exists no Beyondly data set on the planet to teach such LLM!

So we will have to develop our own Beyondly Over-Mankind Breakthrough Infinity-Immortal – BOMBIIM Intelligence – BOMBILLIGENCE™.  And an absolutely new calculation system BOMBIIM-numeration -BOMBIration™  as basis for the absolutely new beyondly BOMBIUTER™. This is another Hroject™ for Hrillions™: Bombilligance-Bombiration-Bombiuter™, or  “3-B!” Hroject™. In your Academgorodok you have proper human resources … But unfortunately, no scientific magazine on this planet is principally ready to solve such issues, let alone set them.

So, dear Beyolga, if you want to have billions of readers of your magazine, you will have to do it. No matter at all what the official science will think of such publications, as today there are not a single expert in such beyondly areas of expertise in any lab of this world!

Besides, such beyondly topics, or Beypics, of Beyondly research, or Beysearch, according to Tarski theorem, do not belong to any of the official sciences. So, they can only be researched by the fundamentally new Beyondly Science, or Bience™. To develop them, the fundamentally new Beyondly Academy of  Bience™, or BAB™, should be established.

Actually, I know all answers to all these questions, of course. But I have no desire either to force anything upon anybody, or to hint at anything. I want your readers, dear Beyolga, (your current readers and, especially, the future ones) to find their proper solutions based on the Bhigeniuses Cohort Legacy from Novosibirsk.

To sum up our Trinterview™ I can only say one thing: Let’s get down to business. We’ve got loads to do! More than enough for everybody!  As the poet said:
