Dead Souls
About the event
Gogol's personality and his works have long been overgrown with myths and legends, which are either confirmed or refuted by researchers and fans of the classic's work. Was he a hypochondriac? Did Pushkin really give him the plot of Dead Souls, and did Gogol structurally rely on Dante's Divine Comedy? Did the author burn the second volume on purpose, or was it a tragic accident? Venue: Red Torch Theatre, Main Hall. Age 18+. Price and available seats on the ticket sales page.
